Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us through this website. Last updated: 13 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Trigon, Kolonaki, Athens, Greece (“Trigon”, “we”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at info@trigon.gr.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter:

  • Your full name and business name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • The service you are interested in and your message

Like any web server, ours also processes your IP address to deliver the site and to protect the contact form from abuse. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no content from third parties.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal for you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process IP addresses to keep the website secure, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who processes it for us

Your message reaches us through a small number of service providers that act on our instructions:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany: hosting of this website
  • Resend, Inc., USA: delivery of contact form messages to our inbox
  • Our email provider, where we keep the correspondence

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for any business relationship that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Technical logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Just email info@trigon.gr. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
